We offer services in banking, insurance and real estate in both the retail and corporate markets. You will be involved in developing the bank's offices in Tynset and Alvdal and work closely with skilled colleagues with broad advice to private customers in our local environment.

The main place of work will be our bank office in Alvdal, but also with days in Tynset. You report to the bank manager.

Tasks

• Create good customer experiences in digital and physical channels
• Develop the customer portfolio and see opportunities even though many customers fix a lot themselves
• Take responsibility for credit risk in the customer portfolio
• Dare to dare to challenge customers to find the right insurance solutions in the event of an accident
• Find good savings solutions together with customers
• Ensure that all customers use our innovative digital solutions and self-service tools
• Stay professionally updated, train and develop their own role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant economic subjects or sufficient relevant experience from similar work
• Master technological solutions and self-service tools
• Good oral and written presentation skills
• Good credit skills and interest in personal finance
• Authorized in credit, savings and insurance or want to be
• Able to drive proactive sales and can show sales results
