As a financial advisor, your most important task will be to help customers see opportunities and challenges in their own personal financial situation. You will work closely with good colleagues and be a contributor to important decisions.
The main workplace will be Kongsvinger. You will report to the bank manager.

Tasks

• Create good customer experiences.
  
• Maintain, develop and grow the customer portfolio.
  
• Take responsibility for credit risk in the portfolio.
  
• Dare to challenge customers to the right insurance solutions in the event of an accident.
  
• Guide and inform customers so that they are able to choose good savings solutions.
  
• Guide customers to use our innovative self-service tools.
  
• Keep yourself professionally updated, train and develop your own role and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant economic subjects
  
• Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools
  
• Good oral and written presentation skills.
  
• Good credit skills and interest in personal finance
  
• Have authorizations in credit and insurance or want to take it
  
• Able to drive proactive sales and can show sales results
