As a financial advisor, you will have the opportunity to create good customer experiences in all channels, including digital and physical channels. You capture important events in the customer's everyday finances, share knowledge and take relevant initiatives. We will be there for our customers when they need us and earn our customers' trust every day.
As a financial advisor, your most important task is to provide financial advice and offer relevant products and solutions. You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to important decisions in the customer's life.
You report to the bank manager.
Tasks
- Create good customer experiences.
- Advice and value sales, customer service and guidance.
- See opportunities and quickly propose relevant solutions and products for customers.
- Have comprehensive financial advice and high activity.
- Refer to other relevant expertise.
- Guide customers to use Norway's leading digital bank.
- Keep yourself professionally updated, train and develop your own role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics. Relevant experience can compensate for this.
- Guidance, referral and service skills.
- Relevant sales experience and documented sales results are emphasized.
- Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools.
- It is an advantage if you have the required authorizations (Non-life and personal insurance and Credit through FinAut).
