SpareBank 1 Østlandet is looking for a new manager for the CM department, which is located in Oslo and Hamar. We are looking for you who want to have profit responsibility for the department and contribute to the further development of digital solutions for our corporate customers.

We are looking for a relationship-strong and result-oriented person to lead 10 skilled employees.

You will help create good customer experiences across the financial house. You are a team player who wants to achieve your own goals, further develop employees and contribute to our overall goals for the bank.

You will be the leader of a competent team with 10 other specialists in Cash Management. Place of work will be Oslo and Hamar.



Tasks

  • Advisor for digital solutions and efficient work processes for BM customers
  • Sales of Cash Management products
  • Participation in projects
  • Assist in the project "Bank + Accounting" in the CM department
  • Quotation preparation and customer care
  • Management and further development of employees

Qualifications

  • Higher economic education (Bachelor/Master)
  • Documented experience from CM
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of payment systems and Norwegian infrastructure
  • Product expertise on new digital solutions for customers
  • Leadership skills
