A Concept Developer is responsible for leading the creative process to develop concepts and ideas that can be integrated into sponsorship and gifting programs. In addition, you will ensure that the concepts are feasible, create value for society and align with the strategic goals of the department and the bank. The position is part of the sponsorship and gifting activation team, working closely with colleagues in the department and across the communication, marketing and brand division. In addition, you will collaborate with business divisions, partners, sponsors, gift recipients and other key stakeholders.
The role reports to the Marketing Manager Local Brand.
Office location is Oslo or Hamar
Tasks
- Responsibility for the development of value-creating activities as content in sponsorship agreements.
- Responsibility for the development of targeted programs for the allocation of gift funds.
- Evaluate and further develop concepts based on insights and impact measurements.
- Lead the creative process to develop concepts and ideas that can be integrated into sponsorship and gifting programs, ensuring that they are feasible, value-adding and aligned with overall strategic objectives.
- Lead the effort to develop names and visual identities for new concepts and programs. This includes ensuring that names and designs are in line with the company's brand.
- Manage intellectual property (IP) issues for new concepts and programs. This includes ensuring that all ideas and solutions are protected and that the rights are clearly defined.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of products and services elsewhere in the company when needed.
Competencies, education and experience
- Relevant education at a minimum bachelor's level in marketing, innovation, economics or equivalent.
- Experience from agency or internal marketing department, and can show good results from concept development.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Ability to use customer insight and social understanding/trends to drive decisions.
- Good overview of the market, competitors and what engages the local community.
- Interest in finance, sponsorship and community involvement.
