Understanding customer behavior is central to the further development of the company. The goal of the role is to strengthen this work, so that data is effectively converted into decision support. The area of responsibility covers insights in both the Retail and Corporate markets. The role involves significant interaction with various departments, interdisciplinary teams and key people in the company.

You will report to the Executive Vice President Communication, Marketing and Brand.

Office location is Oslo or Hamar.


Duties

  • Responsibility for ordering, interpreting, distributing and communicating customer insights in the company.
  • Extract business essence from various surveys/datasets, and communicate this further in a way that suits the recipient.
  • Connect the customer's perspective with the company's perspective, and communicate which customer needs and behaviors should influence our decisions.
  • Contact person and partner with internal analysis environments, external analysis agencies, and analysis environments in the SpareBank 1 alliance.
  • Contribute to the development of segmentation models and the consequences of potential priorities in these.

Qualifications

  • Strong business understanding and background from strategy, marketing or consulting/agency.
  • Significant experience in the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Communicates well both verbally and in word, powerpoint and excel.
  • Understanding of privacy and consents related to customer data.
  • Relevant education at Master level.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Although the position does not have responsibility for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, knowledge of this can be a plus.
