Then you should apply for a job with us in Sales and Distribution Support (SDS) Operations. We are a department of specialist consultants who help to free up capacity in other business areas. This means that we handle a wide range of tasks within many different disciplines. While solving a large volume of operational tasks, we are constantly working to simplify, redesign and modernize them. The tasks are of varying complexity and with different requirements for qualifications and personal qualities. This gives you as an employee an active and varied workday, challenging tasks and the opportunity for professional and personal development.

You will gradually be given extended responsibility as a resource person for one or more of the department's specialist areas. As a resource person, you have special responsibility for routines, training and development of your area of expertise.

As a technical consultant in SDS Operations, you will join an exciting journey in the digitization of work tasks. You will be involved in improvements that increase our availability and help internal and external customers quickly and with the right quality.


Tasks

  • Solve cases within the savings area with emphasis on securities, invoice processing, customer establishment and maintenance, as well as other tasks in the department.
  • Collaborate with department managers and departments within private market, corporate market, robotization and the call center.
  • Provide a basis for decision-making through written communication with customers.
  • Make decisions independently or together with others.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and further development of the disciplines in the department.
  • Take the initiative for improvement and development, with a special eye for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with appropriate subject composition.
  • Relevant experience can compensate for educational requirements.
  • Good professional knowledge in the area of retail banking, and an advantage with professional knowledge in the area of savings, securities, invoice processing and accounting understanding.
  • Good digital understanding.
