You will be part of a team whose main focus will be on recruitment, competence, management and organizational development.



With us, you will work with

  • Recruiting for many exciting roles.
  • Conducting job analyses and writing exciting job advertisements.
  • Assist in the implementation of competence and training measures for employees and managers.
  • Improve and develop work processes and routines in the HR field within recruitment.
  • Conduct interviews with read-back of relevant tests.
  • Support and coach managers in everyday recruitment challenges.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience from HR or consulting, bachelor's/master's degree in relevant subjects.
  • You know what to do to create good ad drafts.
  • Have experience with recruitment and can structure your workday.
  • You can handle 5-10 recruitment processes at the same time, and must be good at prioritizing your workday.
  • Keep yourself professionally updated and have good digital skills.
  • You are certified in ability and personality tests.
  • Have good oral and written skills in Norwegian.

  • Good with people and a team player.
  • Development-oriented, professionally curious and good at translating theory into practice.
  • Analytical and quick to familiarize yourself with new issues.
  • Structured and have great implementation skills.

The main place of work is Oslo, but our head office is in Hamar and some meetings must be expected there too. In addition, we have 37 offices in Eastern Norway. Some travel must be expected.
