The Service Designer will be part of an exciting environment working with business development, coordination and management of products, services, systems and processes. The department currently consists of 17 employees and is responsible for the areas of payment, financing, deposits/savings/placement, self-service/digitization, as well as system and product administration. Products and Solutions is one of the departments within the Technology and Development division.

Tasks

• Develop and improve the bank's digital products and services through service design.
• Work in interdisciplinary, agile product teams with a focus on digital transformation and product development.
• Contribute to building a strong and modern design environment in Sparebank 1 Østlandet.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver holistic and user-friendly solutions.
• Own the design process from insight and idea to finished product/service.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in service design, UX design, graphic design or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience with service design.
• Good collaboration skills and experience of working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to think holistically and strategically.
• Innovative and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
