As a financial advisor, you will have the opportunity to create good customer experiences in all channels, including digital and physical channels. You capture important events in the customer's everyday finances, speak the customer's language and are happy to challenge and take relevant initiatives. We will be there for our customers when they need us and earn the right for our customers to choose us, every day.
As a financial advisor, your most important task is to provide service and good advice on relevant products and solutions. You must be able to offer that little extra when meeting customers. All customers are important. You must be goal-oriented and good at creating new relationships.
You are passionate about sales and unique experiences for the customer. Is this you? Then we would like you to join us as a financial advisor and give you an exciting opportunity to help develop the bank's offices in Koppang and Otnes. You will work closely with good colleagues and be a good contributor to important decisions.

You will report to the bank manager.


Tasks

  • Create good customer experiences.
  • Customer service, guidance, advice and sales.
  • See opportunities and quickly suggest relevant solutions and products for customers.
  • Exploit the broad potential of the activities we perform daily.
  • Referral to other relevant expertise.
  • Guide customers to use Norway's leading digital bank.
  • Stay professionally updated, train and develop your own role.

It must be expected that you must contribute somewhat in the daily banking environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economic subjects. Relevant experience can compensate for this.
  • Guidance, referral and service skills.
  • Relevant sales experience and documented sales results are emphasized.
  • Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools.
  • It is an advantage if you have the required authorizations (Damage and personal insurance and Credit through FinAut).
