As a full-stack developer at SpareBank 1 Østlandet, you will play an important role in the development of our digital solutions. You will work in an agile development team responsible for designing and developing solutions that improve the customer experience and increase efficiency. You will work closely with others to solve complex challenges in a safe environment that values knowledge sharing.

The place of work will be Oslo or Hamar.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of front-end and back-end applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between front- and back-end, so that the solutions are both easy for users and work across systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver good and cost-effective digital solutions.
• Actively participate in raising the bank's technological capabilities.
• Test and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, mastering both front-end and back-end.
• Relevant higher education.
• Good knowledge and experience with relevant technologies and modern technology tools.
• High degree of independence and autonomy.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changes quickly.
• Experience with continuous product development.
• Good collaboration skills and a penchant for working in multidisciplinary teams.
