Increasing digitization in society leads to an increasingly complex and demanding threat picture. This development requires an increased focus on preventing and managing cybercrime. We are therefore strengthening our efforts to ensure good risk and security management, and are looking for a committed employee within information security/cybersecurity.
With us, you will be involved in managing and further developing our information security framework, and you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the Group's continuous focus on security culture and protection of the company's core values.
You will report to the Head of Security/CISO. You will report to the Head of Security/CISO and work in Hamar/Oslo.
Central tasks
- Continue to develop and implement the bank's information security management system (ISMS), which is based on ISO 27001.
- Conduct risk analyses and follow up on vulnerabilities.
- Prevent and handle incidents related to information/cyber security.
- Assist and lead security controls within information security.
- Participate in interdisciplinary projects to ensure the right level of security in new and existing products and services.
Desired qualifications
- Relevant education at university/college level in technology, information security, risk management or other relevant professional combination.
- If you have 2-3 years of experience and relevant certifications, it is positive.
- Key competencies are, for example, conducting risk assessments, working with security culture, systematic IT risk management and the implementation of management systems.
- Interested in professional development, preferably through certifications in the subject.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
