The Head of Insurance PM is the head of the Insurance Competence Network, which is composed of insurance managers in the bank's regions and the Direct Bank. The Head of Insurance is responsible for managing the insurance business in the retail market. The Head of Insurance PM reports to the Bank's Head of Implementation and Organization PM.

Tasks
- Integrate insurance into the PM division's strategy, scorecards and marketing plans.
- Drive and increase insurance sales in the PM division.
- Be a driving force for insurance focus and sales in the PM division.
- Participate actively in relevant forums and working groups in the insurance company and the alliance.
- Contribute to strengthening the bank's brand and market position.
- Collaborate closely with the entire PM division to promote broad sales.
- Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to increase insurance sales.
- Develop insurance expertise among managers and employees in the division.
- Contribute to structured follow-up and sales training in PM.
- Coordinate and structure activities related to the development program for insurance in the private market.
- Responsible for the optimal implementation of the PM insurance development program, including target management, organization, training and reporting.
- Lead and ensure the right level of competence in the insurance network in PM.
- Contribute to the right level of competence in the rest of PM.
Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree for new recruits, or sufficient and relevant experience
- Relevant and high professional competence in insurance, including operating within compliance requirements
- Good competence in sales management, consulting and broad sales
- Very good professional knowledge of insurance
- Non-life and personal insurance authorizations
- Mandatory courses and knowledge tests
