Private Banking has become an increasingly important area for us. We are growing well and see great potential to take on even more customers in this segment. That's why we are now gearing up and looking for new skilled colleagues.

Private Banking offers dedicated advice to customers with large financial resources. A Private Banker with us will take care of the customer's need for guidance and advice at a high level, as well as offering extended financial services.

You will work with savings and investments for wealthy customers, both individuals, companies and foundations. Based on the individual customer's starting point, you prepare an investment strategy and a financial plan that forms the basis for what the customer wants and all the advice you give. The position is suitable for those who want to provide the best of presence and value creation for your customers, and who want to take the step up to the top level of financial advice in a holistic concept.

You will report to the new Head of Private Banking in Oslo.


Tasks

  • Individual financial planning together with the customer.
  • Guidance and advice on the unique customer's total financial needs.
  • Development and personal follow-up of own customers.
  • Profitable sales within financing, investment and portfolio management.
  • Responsibility for credit risk in own customer portfolio.
  • Coordinate customer teams when specialists contribute to the overall delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration (Bachelor's degree is acceptable together with relevant experience).
  • Advisory experience with BM customers is an advantage.
  • Experience in advising private customers with complex finances.
  • Authorized financial advisor, credit authorization, personal insurance authorization.
  • Mastery of digital tools, CRM and self-management relevant to the role.

Required for the position

Relevant authorization schemes within Insurance, Credit, Savings and Investment are mandatory for the position. You are required to complete and pass the applicable authorization schemes at any given time. We have internal training courses that you will follow.
We carry out background checks on applicants to verify information contained in CVs and other documentation. The background check is carried out by Semac, with the consent of the applicant.
For positions that require authorization and approval of suitability, a police certificate is required.
