The Sales Manager Life and Pension Insurance is responsible for developing and managing their own customer portfolio through advice and sales within occupational pensions. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a skilled team of 7 pension specialists in an engaging and stimulating work environment, who are keen to succeed both alone and with others. You will be a driving force to increase support for pensions and contribute to creating good customer experiences across the financial house in your market area. You are a team player who is both keen to achieve your own sales targets, but also contribute to the department achieving its overall goals by becoming the preferred choice for occupational pensions. In the role, you will be part of a team consisting of both pension and claims specialists who work closely with other parts of the bank

The market area for the position is Glåmdalen and parts of Romerike.


Tasks

  • Advice and sales of pension products to the corporate market.
  • Responsibility for own sales budget.
  • Prospect and develop your own customer portfolio.
  • Be a driving force in acquiring new customers.
  • Contribute to growth and development in collaboration with other parts of the Group.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience and documented results.
  • Good and comprehensive business understanding.
  • Interest and experience with savings, investments and pensions.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the business community in the market area.
  • Relevant education at Bachelor's level.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Good oral and written Norwegian skills.
  • Driver's license class B.
