Are you an experienced technologist with a passion for building robust and innovative platforms? SpareBank 1 Østlandet is now looking for a skilled Tech Lead to lead and drive our technological platform solutions forward.

As Tech Lead for Platform at SpareBank 1 Østlandet, you will have a central role in developing and maintaining our technological platforms. You will work closely with the division's management team with development strategy and technological choices. Place of work Hamar/Oslo


Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects and initiatives within platform development
  • Design technical strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with management
  • Ensure high quality and security in all technological solutions
  • Mentor and support for development teams in their work
  • Monitor technological trends and integrate relevant innovations

Desired qualifications

  • Relevant higher education in technology or engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and platform architecture
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Experience with microservices, API design and continuous integration/deployment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire people around you!
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
