SpareBank 1 Østlandet is planning to establish a new customer center in Gjøvik this spring. This is in line with the merger agreement entered into with Totens Sparebank, in order to build a stronger bank for Innlandet. We are therefore advertising several part-time positions for SpareBank i Østlandet's new customer center in Gjøvik. The goal is to recruit a total of 15 part-time employees, and we hope to have more of these employees in place before summer 2025. We have 15 vacant 30% positions as customer advisors at our customer center. Basically afternoon/evening work. Ideal for students at bachelor's and master's level.

Shift rotation must be expected. There is a requirement to work in the afternoon/evening on weekdays. During the summer holidays, we need part-time employees to cover for vacation, i.e. in a 100% position.

As a customer advisor, your most important task is to provide service and good advice on relevant products and solutions. Are you a service-minded and willing-to-learn person who wants an exciting part-time job in banking?
We are looking for you who are good with people, have an eye for detail, and who thrive on helping others with financial questions on the phone. For you, this will be an exciting opportunity to help establish a new customer center in Gjøvik. Are you able to spread joy and enthusiasm among colleagues and customers? If this is you, we look forward to hearing from you.
