About the position

As a complaints coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to complaints from our customers. You will work closely with your colleagues in the quality department and other departments. You will be a voice between production and market to ensure a smooth and efficient process. You will work to develop the complaint process and work on continuous improvements. You will be part of the QA/QC section under Quality and you will also work with standards such as AQAP and measuring devices.

Your main responsibilities

  • Investigate complaints and communicate them internally.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to improving and developing our processes and procedures and produce statistics
  • Work with standards such as AQAP and measuring devices.


About you

  • You have some form of higher education, preferably Bergsskolan, engineering or in Quality.
  • Experience in quality or complaints work is an advantage, as is experience of working with standards or measuring devices.
  • You are structured and service-oriented.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
