Do you like to be close to the action and find new solutions to different problems? Do you want the opportunity to develop within a company with an exciting future? Now is the opportunity to apply for this exciting position as a coordinator for Support & Service with us at SSAB. Location Luleå.
Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining us on a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future of the planet and sustainability. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and around 2030 we will be largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contribute to a green transition of the entire steel industry.
SSAB Luleå will in the coming years change its steel production. This will mean new conditions and requirements in many different areas. You are part of the new Support & Service section and will be an important link between today's business and the conversion project. An important part of the work will be to solve the practical tasks that require local knowledge of SSAB Luleå's working methods, routines and contact routes. For example, support in the establishment of contractors, signage, signposting, putting the right people in contact with each other and more.
