About the position

You will be part of a central, operational department that works with assignments against our traverses throughout the plant in Borlänge. As an electrician in our traverse group, you work with preventive and remedial electrical maintenance to support high availability and development of our traverses. In the traverse group, you work independently, usually in teams of two people where you are responsible for the preparation / planning and execution of the jobs. The work is regularly done at high altitude.

Your main responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and preventive/remedial maintenance on our overhead cranes.
• Electrical maintenance of overhead crane equipment and its components.
• Planning and preparation in the IFS maintenance system.
• Root cause analysis and improvement work.
• Update and develop preventive maintenance.

About you

• We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education in electricity, automation, control / control technology or drive systems, or have equivalent documented knowledge in electricity.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English as documentation and communication with suppliers takes place in these languages.
• Driving license B is a requirement for the position.
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities and for the position as an electrician we are looking for a careful and structured person.

• You need to be able to take the initiative and be driven in the work when the situation requires.
