About the position

As Mechanical Manager at Råjärn, you will have a central role in developing and planning the department's maintenance work and strive for world-class maintenance. You support the department's plant owners in preventive and remedial work to achieve high production availability. An important part of the work is to develop and engage your employees and to create a working environment characterized by cooperation and safety. You will report to the Head of Department and be part of the Råjärn management team.

Your main responsibilities

• As Head of Mechanical Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in the department's availability and ability to achieve production targets,
• Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will be an important part of Råjärn's management team and have the opportunity to influence both current operations and to help shape the new business.
