About the position

You will be responsible for developing the business together with your colleagues so that it supports the company's strategy and goals regarding work environment and health. This is done in close collaboration with the business, focusing on preventive activities, identified risks and the goals and needs of the business.

The responsibility lies in creating the conditions for your employees to best support the company to meet the legal requirements in the field of work environment. This means interpreting and, together with the organization, creating working methods adapted to the business. Being the best support for managers and management teams is a guiding principle in all work, which will mean that you have the entire business as a working field with many contacts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support the company to meet the legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety.
  • Report, drive and continuously develop the work environment work according to strategy, goals and decided focus areas.
  • Offer expert support in the competence areas of work environment, health,
  • ergonomics and wellness / health promotion.
  • Lead Work Environment & Health based on strategy, action plans and goals.
  • Independently drive improvement activities in the area of responsibility.

About you

  • Academic education and good knowledge in the field of work environment.
  • Management experience with operational and work environment responsibility or other management experience.
  • Ability to analyze, structure and prioritize within your area of responsibility-
  • Communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • You are a role model in terms of safety and understand the importance of being a role model in your managerial role.
  • You have a solid interest in the work environment and health.
  • Your leadership is characterized by developing individuals and teams as well as driving improvement work.
  • You are a positive, open and responsive person with great drive who enjoys challenges.
  • You have good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate and create good relationships.
