About the position

As Section Manager Quality - QA/QC, you will, together with your team, take operational responsibility for the complaints process, technical order preparation and certificate management. Organizationally, we belong to Business Development and act as a support function for metallurgy and sheet metal.

The main mission of the section is to support the production site in Oxelösund. The assignment includes running our quality processes together with your team and in close collaboration with other parts of the organization.

Your main responsibilities

  • To lead and develop your team so that competence, drive and initiative are utilized.
  • Management and follow-up of standard compliance according to ISO 9001 and AQAP.
  • Operative responsibility for the complaint process and technical order preparation incl. certificate management.
  • The assignment also includes quality assessment and external inspection.


About you

  • To succeed in the role, we believe you have a relevant university education in Quality or Engineering.
  • Some years of experience of being a manager and leading a group.
  • We would like you to have an interest in group development and want to work with team building.
  • Good knowledge of management and follow-up of standard compliance according to ISO 9001 and AQAP.
  • Good knowledge of standards and QA/QC issues to be able to independently drive these with the help of your team.
  • We need someone who sees potential and can capture improvement measures in, for example, Quality Management Systems.
