About the position

SSAB is in an expansive phase and is building for the future with several investments and rebuilds.

Your role means that you will, among other things, get to design and develop hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic systems. Ensuring that the work meets relevant standards, regulations and customer requirements.

You will also have to communicate and collaborate with external suppliers and other departments to drive sub-projects forward.

The work is to some extent independent, but great emphasis is placed on cooperation both in your own team and also the ability to work between other teams to drive and develop the section's activities.

About you

• You have a technical education at least at upper secondary level in combination with a few years of experience, as a hydraulic designer / technician, preferably in heavy industrial machinery or other hydraulics use.
• If you have an academic education in the field or equivalent relevant education, this is an advantage.
• You have experience of working in technical projects from start to finish, including planning, implementation, testing and final reporting.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and technical English, both orally and in writing.
• B driving license is a requirement.
• You have good communication skills, are structured, thorough and can work both independently and in groups.
