Are you the one?

We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join our team. Our current team is working closely together to support the sales development in Germany. In this role you will have internal online meetings, collaborating cross-functionally and a close cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers. The stock sales development will be another important task. You will have an important role in terms of being our customers’ first point of contact.

Main responsibilities

  • Development of stock sales business.
  • Representing SSAB Special Steels as the first point of contact for our customers in the region.
  • Supporting our team of Regional Sales Managers and Technical Development Managers with handeling orders, inquiries and inventory assets via our booking systems, e-mail or phone.
  • Handling orders, bookings, sending offers, follow-ups, additional sales and providing excellent service to our customers.


About You

  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office, and you learn new systems fast.
  • You are motivated with a positive mindset, and see opportunities.
  • You are very service-minded and communicative, and not afraid to call any customer or answer the phone.
  • We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a team and supporting colleagues.
  • A good, professional level of English is required.
