About the position

Your main tasks will consist of assembly/disassembly and renovation of bearing housings on work rolls and back-up rolls. You will also work on inspecting and maintaining bearings/mirrors/strips and other components. As we strive for a high degree of flexibility within the function, it is also included to assist with grinding of work rolls and support rolls.

The working hours are daytime with standby every 4th weekend.

Your main responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and improvement work.
• Analyze deviations that occur and develop measures
• Plan maintenance stops in consultation with operating organizations.
• Participate in service with external personnel.

About you

• You have a high school diploma with a UH focus or other mechanical/technical background.
• Experience from previous UH work.
• You are flexible and thorough and realize the importance of the collective effort of the team.
• Strong emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
