About the position

As an operational HR specialist, you will play a central role in our HR administration, with a particular focus on training administration. You will handle everything from setting up new events and sessions in our Learning Management System according to submitted order forms, to sending participant lists and registering attendance.

In addition, you will work on various administrative HR processes together with the rest of the HR Service team. You will support HR partners and managers mainly in Sweden, but also to some extent provide administrative support to our global HR colleagues located around the world.

Your main responsibilities

• Set up new events and sessions in our Learning Management System, including e-learnings and videos as ordered by the course manager.
• Provide support to employees, managers and HR in administrative matters related to training and other HR administration.
• Practical training planning, including course materials, room bookings and hotels.
• Provide ongoing training in the system together with our L&D specialists.
• Other HR administration in our HR system SD Worx, such as registration of new employees, reorganizations and advertising of vacancies.

About you

• To thrive in this role, we see that you have some experience of training administration and/or other administration that involves service and contact with managers in the business and other support functions.
