About the position

The Hardox line is part of the Rolling Mill where we mainly refine the plate and its properties. We transport hardened, tempered, straightened sheet metal with high quality. We produce a wide range of our dimensions and handle a large amount of sheet metal daily. We have a close and good cooperation with each other and with our support functions.

Your main responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining optimal production according to the order of priorities: safety, quality, delivery precision and productivity.
  • Responsible for maintaining chemicals and its systems.
  • Initiate, lead and participate in projects, assignments and meeting forums relevant to the section.
  • Participate in the development of working methods, tasks and activities.
  • Establish and update checklists, operating and work instructions and issue temporary instructions and make these known to the operating staff.


About you

  • You have at least 3 years of upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, PC experience with experience in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and be able to read and understand English.
  • Willingness and commitment to ensure the operation of the plant and contribute to the development of the operating staff's skills.
  • Independent and structured way of working with the ability to quickly identify and drive through improvements and achieve set goals.
  • Good knowledge of products, processes and maintenance work is meritorious.
