About the position
The Product Service department is a central function that supports the sales process and contributes to the development of SSAB's product range and the quality of our products. The group is responsible for driving the work on product care together with various functions in production, product managers and product development. The section also handles complaints and drives improvement work and follow-up of products and their quality together with sales, technical customer service and the production departments.
As a Quality Developer, you will have a leading role in solving major quality issues together with the business. You will be part of our Product Service team working on managing quality deviations. Your role will involve participating in root cause analysis and developing activities to improve the quality of our products. The position also includes coordination of complaints. In our quest to maintain good relationships with our customers, high quality management of our complaints is important.
You will have an important and varied role with a large network of contacts both locally and internationally, where you work across many interfaces and collaborate with both internal and external actors.
