About the position
At Tandem, there are 5 shifts with 8 operators/shift teams, 2 operating assistants and 1 daytime operator. In Tandem, the material is cold rolled down to thinner strips. In addition to your own management team, you will work closely with operators, maintenance, quality technicians, process developers and others.
SSAB is facing major changes where we will become the first fossil-free steel company in the world. This will mean changes in the future, so it is important that you can drive both changes and improvements through the business's employees and your management team to achieve the steel production of the future.
