If you enjoy working proactively, have good communication skills and want to work in an organization where you can really make a difference - then we hope you apply to us! Location Borlänge.

Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining us on a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future of the planet and sustainability. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and around 2030 we will be largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will play an important role in realizing this goal and thereby contribute to the green transition of the entire steel industry.

About the position

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in ensuring that we attract and recruit the best talent - both now and for the future. You will have great responsibility and freedom to shape your working day, where you will work strategically and operationally with the entire recruitment process. You will be a key advisor to managers and leaders, proactively finding and building our candidate network, as well as leading recruitment projects and activities to strengthen our brand as an employer.

  • Coordinate and in some cases represent SSAB at recruitment fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
