Digital Domain Manager – Finance and P&O

We are looking for a Digital Domain Manager to lead the way in creating highly efficient, digitalized operations within the Finance and People & Organization (P&O) domains. In this role, you will be responsible for securing a well-defined digital roadmap and its implementation that aligns with business objectives, both in the short and long term, in close collaboration with the respective business functions.

This role involves driving digital transformation strategies, overseeing all digital implementations within Finance and P&O, and ensuring successful collaboration across functional teams. You will also act as the main point of contact for these domains, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

While your focus will be on specific business domains, your mission also includes improving productivity and fostering collaboration across cross-functional value flows. You’ll be responsible for clarifying uncertainties, bringing the right stakeholders together, and ensuring value is maximized for the company as a whole. This role requires strong influence, a deep understanding of core issues, and the ability to drive cross-functional discussions forward, even when priorities may conflict. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital domain for Finance and People & Organization (P&O), ensuring efficient and successful digital implementations while driving and implementing digital technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Develop and own the digital development roadmap to align with and support the prioritized business function roadmap for Finance and P&O.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Finance and P&O business domains, managing relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors, and ensuring strong collaboration and understanding of business needs and priorities.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and optimize value across the organization.

• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and supporting team members, while fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment.

• Define team deliverables, provide the necessary tools and resources, and ensure individuals understand the business impact of their work.

• Support the personal and professional growth of team members by providing continuous feedback and creating long-term development plans.

Qualifications: 

• Proven understanding of business domains such as finance and HR, with insights into their application within the heavy industry sector. The ideal candidate should also be able to contribute individually to relevant areas in digital finance and P&O.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product development lifecycles, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, including overcoming resistance to change in traditional industrial environments.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of overseeing multiple product development streams while ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader digital transformation strategy.

• Ability to drive change across all organizational levels, effectively communicating with C-level executives to enable informed decisions, while also collaborating closely with digital teams, developers, and architects to design and implement detailed solutions.
