Stegra, formerly know as H2 Green Steel, is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. OEM Package Manager

As OEM Package Manager you will work in the Construction Supply Chain Team and report directly to the Supply Chain Management Lead. In that role you will assume responsibility to deliver manufacturing equipment from procurement done (contract awarded) to hand-over to construction at workfront.

In that role you will manage manufacturing equipment from one of our main OEM suppliers – either in the Steel Mill or DRI area - and will work cross-functionally with our Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Construction and Operations departments.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that our OEM and EPCM deliver the packages in the right time, cost, sequence and quality.

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with occasional travels to our construction site in Boden or to suppliers in Europe or America possibly required from time to time. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Management: Managing cross-functional OEM package for one manufacturing equipment provider. Coordinate and ensure the delivery from procurement to handover at workfront.

- Project management: Coordinate, deblock and expedite related processes throughout Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Operations with the final goal to handover to construction at the workfront.

- Co-Managing such processes with respective stakeholders internally and externally with OEMS and EPCMs. As well as managing relationships with supplier to ensure the consistent quality and availability of equipment and materials through progress reporting.

- Reporting: Throughout the process reporting to Management, Planning, Cost Control, Logistics and Construction Teams

Qualifications

- Minimum 10-15 years experience in delivery of industrial construction, retrofitting or CAPEX projects, of which ideally 5 years with hands-on construction or project management experience focused on electrical systems is required

- Track record as construction or project manager driving complex projects, covering planning, engineering, supply chain as well as execution phase is a strong plus

- Engineering or other relevant technical degree is a plus

- Fluency in English is required

- Experience working on an owner’s or EPCM team is a plus

- Experience working in multi-cultural environment is a plus
