Shift manager Electrical, automation and instrumentation:
In this role you’ll lead a diverse team to ensure smooth daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll inspire collaboration, and drive key operational goals in an environment focused on sustainable steel production. Your experience with industry regulations, safety protocols, and ISO systems 9001/14001/45001 (preferred) makes you a fit leader for your team. You’ll ensure your team has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed, while enforcing safety standards and PPE use. Additionally, you will oversee accurate shift reporting on production, equipment performance, and downtime. You’ll also play a key role in fostering continuous skill development, safety training, and operational best practices. You are comfortable with leading by example and knowledge which means that you have experience in Electrical MV and LV switchgear, instrumentation and Control Valve maintenance and troubleshooting.
You will be part of our upcoming Boden plant, that is nearing completion with its impressive 145-meter direct reduction tower. We’re leading the charge in transforming iron ore into sponge iron for our steel products and offering hot briquetted iron for greener, sustainable production. Be part of this pioneering movement as we work to create a market for green steel innovations.

We are looking for people available to start between June and August 2025. We are open for candidates that are able to relocate before or around June till August 2025.
