Duties
In your role as communicator, you will work both strategically and operationally with internal and external communication. You will, among other things, develop proposals for policies and strategies, plan and implement information and communication efforts, be responsible for and develop intranet and social media and manage contacts with the press and media.
You will also be responsible for, and manage, our visitor activities and our library. You will also manage and analyze the flow of information relevant to the IRF's activities.
We are a small workplace and the tasks are varied both in terms of content and difficulty.
You will be part of the IRF's management team and be the IRF's representative in certain forums. Travel may be involved.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- have education in communication that the employer considers relevant or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way,
- have experience of communication work that the employer considers relevant,
- can express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- have basic knowledge of image management and graphic design,
- have experience of photography
- have knowledge of one / some of the programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, CMS.
Much emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and you should have a communicative ability, be able to meet deadlines and feel a great commitment to your work tasks and to our business.
It is important that you are good at writing your own texts and to quality assure colleagues' written material through language review.
The position is a permanent full-time position with location in Kiruna. Access according to agreement. We apply individual salary setting.
