YOUR ROLE  

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the competencies in place and the culture that enables our ambitious targets. Reporting to the HR Manager in Sweden, you will be a key member of our Swedish HR team, as well as the global Talent Acquisition community. 

As we work together to attract, develop, and retain our valued team members, you will have the ownership of the recruitment process in Sweden and be a driving force in the shaping of a global Talent Acquisition function together with colleagues in Germany, Netherlands and the US. 

You will define recruiting goals in collaboration with business leaders, set relevant metrics for the recruitment process and track progress. It will also be your task to support recruiting managers throughout the entire recruitment process as well as to carry out administration in collaboration with the hiring manager and with help from the HR team. As we handle large volumes of applications, it is crucial that you enjoy working with continuous improvement and that you always strive to find new and smarter ways.  

Many of our key competencies are scarce, so you will be required to maintain candidate networks, source passive candidates and handle open applications. You are also expected to drive and take part in employer branding and student relation activities. 

WHO YOU ARE 

This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to navigate between operational and strategic tasks and perspectives. You have at least 5 years’ experience of driving recruitment processes in complex, international environments and:  

  • Possession of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.  
  • A natural ability to build trust and drive change in line with our core values. 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing recruitment processes and instruments. 
  • A passion to work hands-on with all parts of the recruitment process. 
  • Proficiency in search-based recruitment, especially on LinkedIn.  
  • Familiarity with employer branding.  
  • Expertise in sourcing leaders, technical profiles, and highly specialized professionals. 
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
