We are 200 employees in two locations in Sweden - Luleå and Stockholm. Our vision is a fossil-free and circular industry. Swerim is looking for employees for the Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation group. The group works with the management and operation of Swerim's plant in Luleå, and assists the project organization with technical expertise and resources. About the job As an Instrument/Automation Engineer at Swerim, you will have the chance to actively participate in and influence the projects that are carried out. The position means that you participate in project meetings to find the best solutions based on the project and Swerim's conditions. This may involve system development, system design, system security, programming, construction, commissioning and daily operation. We encourage new ideas and solution-oriented approaches. We are looking for people who * have a high school diploma, specializing in electrical / automation, computer and instrument technology or equivalent. * have worked with control equipment and automation systems * want to work with others in research and industrial projects * wants opportunities to develop broadly or narrowly in different subjects, e.g. gas analysis, electrical design, programming. * have system/programming knowledge - Siemens PCs 7 or National Instruments LabView is meritorious As a person, you have the ability to independently drive work forward, as well as to work closely with colleagues in teams.
