About the work We work with companies in many different industrial segments, focusing on issues in infrastructure, automotive and materials. We are driven by creating industrial benefits through research that contributes to a more sustainable, electrified and circular industry. All our research is conducted in close collaboration with our customers and based on industry needs. The work varies from short assignments to longer development projects in collaboration with many parties, where you as a researcher and project manager contribute with expertise, motivation and communication. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both as a researcher and project manager in an environment with modern labs and a collaborative climate that promotes innovation and knowledge exchange. Who are you? We are looking for you with a technically relevant background in joining/welding, and would like to see that you are a civil engineer with welding engineering competence, IWE. It is meritorious if you have a doctoral degree in the relevant field or have a few years of industrial experience of joining processes and application development. It is of particular interest if you have experience as a trainer or applicant for publicly funded projects. Your personal qualities and ability to self-motivate are of great importance in the role of project manager/researcher. Characteristics such as curiosity, integrity and commitment will influence you in your daily work. You thrive in different forms of collaboration and lead your work with others in an unpretentious way. You use your networks and experience to help your colleagues and you communicate easily both orally and in writing in English and Swedish. The location is Kista (Stockholm).
