We are a research team within Swerim that develops advanced measurement systems and analyzes adapted for industrial environments. Our expertise is mainly in the areas of sensor/measurement technology and data analysis. We work in a network with some of Sweden's largest metal producing companies, and in projects with European partners. Our driving force is to create industrial benefits by researching towards digital transformation for sustainable industry.
Qualifications
You have a master's or civil engineering degree in physics, chemistry or mechanical engineering (or equivalent). A PhD is preferred but not required. Below are some additional qualifications that are important for the position:
* Good knowledge and experience of experimental work and data analysis of collected data.
* Experience of working with optics and lasers is an advantage.
* Programming skills in e.g. Matlab and Python
* Data management and statistical analysis
* Experience of working with industrial applications in the process or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
