As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for strengthening our position in the European markets. You will build TOPRO’s brand both locally and globally and develop targeted marketing campaigns. You will have personnel responsibility for the marketing department and work closely with the sales department to ensure holistic brand building and customer experience.
As Head of Marketing, you will work on:
Developing and implementing a long-term marketing strategy with concrete tactical initiatives
Building brand awareness for TOPRO and our product range
Preparing marketing and sales support materials, and monitoring campaign budgets
Driving international brand building with an understanding of local market conditions
Creating marketing concepts tailored to European markets and writing press releases
Having personnel responsibility for the marketing department and contributing to team development
To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who:
Has relevant education in marketing, economics, or sales
Has 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of the four Ps
Has experience with budget management and a good business understanding within retail
Has the ability to build relationships and strong collaboration skills, as well as an understanding of different geographical markets
Has an initiative-driven and strategic mindset with the execution power to make things happen
Is fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
