In our Distribution Heating/Cooling/Services team, we work with connections, investment projects and maintenance on our district heating and district cooling network. We perform service visits and troubleshooting in customers' district heating centers and in the municipality's ground heating centers.

Your role:

As an administrator, you work closely with our technicians and engineers, you participate in daily reconciliation meetings and in daily planning. You will work in our business systems with work order management and follow-up. Your work will also involve monitoring the team's inboxes and distributing incoming cases in an efficient manner.

The work involves handling phone calls and email contact with customers and external contacts.

In the role of administrator, you will:

  • Participate in the operational planning and prioritization and follow-up of measures performed
  • Manage incoming cases
  • Have daily contact with our district heating customers
  • Manage service agreements in our business systems
  • Report key figures
  • Work with system maintenance.

In everyday life, you work a lot in our systems Digpro, CAB and IFS. We work closely together in the group and have many collaborations within the company.

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • High school diploma
  • Good system knowledge
  • Experience of customer contact
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
