About the role:
Now we are looking for an administrator for the Process & Payment department, within the function for Message Traffic and Claims and Credit, for a holiday substitution during the period June - August 2025.
As an administrator with us, you handle the administration of message traffic for supplier changes as well as reconciliation and updating of plant information / metering values towards other electricity market players. You register and check incoming authorizations for, for example, changing electricity supplier. As an administrator with us, you can work with the usual tasks in ledger accounting and handling of incoming and outgoing payments, including reminder and claims management. The work involves handling telephone calls and email contact with customers and external contacts.
The role may involve other tasks for which the department is responsible.
