Your role in our team

You will be an important part of a committed team at the Marketing & Communication department, which always puts the Umeå residents' experience first. However, the work in everyday life takes place widely across the organization where you will have an important role in our work with customer centricity.

As a CX specialist with us, you will:

  • Map and optimize - You work to continuously develop our customer journeys to create a coherent and positive customer experience
  • Listen and analyze - You collect customer insights, identify and analyze the customer's needs and what can be improved.
  • Acting and driving change - Working with the relevant teams, you make sure that improvements actually happen - from idea to reality.
  • Measure and follow up - You keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure that we are constantly improving.

In your role, you will also have many different contact surfaces and a close collaboration with colleagues in customer service, sales, product and business development and digital customer interfaces.

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Relevant education in, for example, marketing, product and business development or behavioral science alt. equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience of working with the customer in focus

It is also meritorious if you have:

  • Previous experience of working with optimizing customer journeys
  • Experience of working with customer insights and analysis
  • Worked cross-functionally across departmental boundaries
  • Experience with digital tools such as CRM systems, analytical tools, AI.

Personal qualities:

You are communicative and enjoy having many different contact surfaces. You have a great customer focus and are curious to understand customer needs and wishes. You like to dive into customer data, see patterns, analyze and understand insights and trends.
