About the role:

As a planning officer, you handle inquiries and orders from our customers regarding new connections to the electricity network. You will be in contact with customers, installers and colleagues via phone, email or meetings. In this role, you will help answer general questions together with the team working on new connections. Your role will include:

• Entering connection cases in systems.
• Following the status of active connection cases.
• Acting as technical support.

In everyday life, you work a lot in our Digpro, CAB and WMS systems. You post cases and distribute them to our connection engineers for further processing. To help you, you have the NIS map system, IFS and the Office package. We work closely together in the group and have many collaborations within the company. Part of the work consists of detective work where you have to look in the archive for correct documentation.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• High school diploma.
• Good system knowledge.
• Experience of customer contact.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Advantages:

• Higher education with a focus on, for example, electric power or energy technology
• Experience in the electricity network industry, case management systems and network information systems.

• Experience in archiving and record keeping.
