As a service technician at we offer you a varied everyday life where you become an important piece of the puzzle to ensure our customers' safety in their facilities, and an important part of Umeå's sustainable development. Infrastructure plays a crucial role in a functioning society, which you will be part of contributing to in this role. You will meet our customers on a daily basis and have an opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction in a service-oriented way. The work is varied as the tasks are seasonal and you also get a change as the work is done both indoors and outdoors.
Some of your duties:
This position includes on-call duty about every seven weeks, where you receive fault reports directly from customers and, in the event of an emergency, go out and fix the problem.
Your team: You will work closely with the other service technicians, the delivery coordinator and project engineers in the Distribution Heating, Cooling & Services area. It is a positive, committed and helpful group with great drive that works to create customer satisfaction and pleasant days at work.
