We are now looking for a system developer in integration. We work with modern platforms and development methodology. The decision-making process is short and as a developer we are given free rein to design and implement integrations. We work in a small tight team and we also work very closely with others in the IT department in most projects. The contacts we have internally are system owners of various systems that we have integrations with and claimants. Externally, we have consultant contacts and supplier contacts.
Your role:
As a system developer, you work both to understand the requirements and needs as well as to realize them in usable solutions. Together we meet the organization's need for integration between the group's central IT support. The role involves development, but also operation and maintenance. Together we will transform our information platform to meet the demands of tomorrow.
To succeed in the role:
To succeed in the role of system developer with us at Umeå Energi, we would like you to have an academic education in IT or experience we consider equivalent. You have a few years of experience in object-oriented programming and integration. You have a solid foundation in Java alt. C# and great experience of information architecture. With us, we embrace agile working methods and also see that you are familiar with it.
Advantageous:
Advantageous is knowledge of OpenText Streamserve, OpenText Exstream, Mule or other message oriented middleware platforms. Other meritorious qualities are experience of working in agile development methods such as Scrum.
