Our operation is responsible for developing the municipality's ability to digitize with a broad expertise. In our toolbox, we have a multitude of methods and services, including in digital maturity and competence, digital workplace, data, IT, telephony systems, network solutions, cyber security and support.  We have around 100 employees who care about job satisfaction and community. We now want to strengthen our organization with two IT infrastructure specialists! Your work assignments You will work in a team responsible for the municipality's IT infrastructure. Together you are responsible for the operation of our server and backup environments both with us and in the cloud, the responsibility extends from hardware up to OS level. The duties include providing both general and specific support within the team's delivery. The assignment includes: Manage Windows server (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, lifecycle management) Manage Microsoft 365 including Azure integrations and services Manage installation and integration of other server services Manage backups Participate in implementation projects Some physical work in data center We would like to see that you are also interested in cyber security as the team collaborates closely with our cyber security team, depending on the profile of the applicant, there is also the opportunity to be part of that team.  About you We are looking for you who have a completed high school diploma, as well as several years of experience in system administration in a server environment/data center. If you have a post-secondary education at a university, university of applied sciences or equivalent in IT and/or information security, we see it as meritorious.  As a person, we believe that you like problem solving, to further develop working methods but also to help others through your solutions. You are responsible and used to seeing the big picture, opportunities but also risks in operational environments. Giving support and guiding colleagues is something you enjoy and feel comfortable with and can easily adapt your communication depending on the target group. You are fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speaking. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Welcome with your application!
