This means that you are responsible for planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis and development of the teaching. You are part of a work team and it is therefore important to be able to collaborate and lead colleagues with other professional roles in the educational work. Based on the curriculum, you work with children in groups and at the same time ensure that each child receives challenges and support based on their needs. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for documenting the children's development and learning. You have daily communication with guardians about how the children have been during the day but also about their development and possible challenges. About you We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher's degree and ID/have applied for ID. If you have experience of working with children/working in a preschool, we see that as a positive.  In order for you to be able to develop the children's linguistic ability and to be able to communicate with children, guardians and colleagues, document and take part in the preschool's governing documents, it is necessary that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you are committed, flexible, positive and solution-focused. You can lead colleagues and drive development work. In your work, you lead children and children's groups, you arouse curiosity and find it easy to create relationships and collaborate with children, guardians and colleagues.
