Are you the one? The HR department of the City Management Office is the largest of the eight departments of the administration.
The department has about 45 employees and works with municipality-wide payroll and HR issues. The City Management Office's administration supports the implementation of the basic mission and the responsibilities and commitments delegated by the City Council to the City Board and its committees and a number of other committees, including the Personnel Committee and the Personnel Administration Committee. It also provides support to the political leadership and elected representatives on a range of issues. Read more about the different departments of the City Management Office here.

Your tasks
As an Administrator, you will be a key member of our team, providing administrative support to the HR department and other parts of the organization. Your responsibilities will include a range of administrative tasks, such as
Record keeping, archives and information security management
Orders for premises, travel and materials
Assisting in the management of authorizations in the object management of the HR object, among others
Updating and planning of intranet and other information and communication materials
Booking and follow-up of training courses and being superuser in the course platform
Requesting money and invoice management
Coordinate the management of the municipality's 25th anniversary gift.
We are looking for you who have:
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience of administrative work, including record keeping and system management in the public sector.
Knowledge of the public sector and confidentiality and the ability to apply this in practice.
The ability to plan and carry out assignments independently, with responsibility from start to finish.
Communication skills, where you can write clear and adapted texts and communicate digitally
Experience working in various administrative support systems
You have a natural ability to work in a structured way and with a solution-oriented focus. With clear frameworks or instructions, you take independent responsibility for driving your tasks from start to finish, with high quality and accuracy in delivery.
