Together with your colleagues, you offer students a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You collaborate with educators in the preschool class and in school to contribute to the achievement of pupils' goals. Contact and cooperation with guardians is an important part of the work. We work to be good role models for our students. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment.
